This notice describes the information used to operate the AmarDeFi website, account access, product applications, and support channel. It should be read together with the terms of use. If you have a privacy question, contact info@amardefi.com.
Information you provide
- Account details such as username, email address, name fields, and a password processed for authentication.
- Support details such as name, email address, message content, and the account identity associated with a signed-in support request.
- Financial records that you enter into an AmarDeFi product.
- Information submitted during subscription, checkout, verification, or other product workflows.
Information created during use
Servers can record technical information such as request time, IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, status code, and security or diagnostic events. Product applications may create identifiers, settings, and activity records needed to deliver their functions.
Browser storage and account sessions
The main website uses browser local storage for account session information and a parent-domain cookie so the chart subdomain can recognize an AmarDeFi session. Anonymous support sessions can use session storage. Clearing browser data or signing out can remove local session information; server-side records may remain where needed for operation, security, support, or legal obligations.
How information is used
- Provide, authenticate, maintain, and troubleshoot the products.
- Confirm email ownership and communicate about account or support requests.
- Protect the services, investigate abuse, and improve reliability.
- Maintain accounting, subscription, or transaction records where applicable.
Service providers and support channels
Information may be processed by infrastructure, email, database, payment, and communication providers used to operate the services. Support messages may be relayed through the team's support channels, including Telegram. Do not send passwords, private wallet keys, seed phrases, or unnecessary sensitive information in support messages.
Retention and choices
Information is kept for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, operational continuity, security, dispute handling, and applicable obligations. Retention can vary by record type. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing us; requests can be limited where retention or identity verification is required.
Security and international processing
No online service can promise absolute security. Use a unique password, verify that you are on an official amardefi.com domain, and sign out on shared devices. Information can be processed in countries where AmarDeFi or its service providers operate, subject to the safeguards and obligations that apply to them.

We may update this notice when product or processing practices change. The date shown on this page identifies the current version.
