Product scope
AmarDeFi provides software tools for historical chart research and structured accounting records. The services are not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, auditor, tax authority, or personalized adviser. Chart comparisons and educational content do not direct a trade or guarantee an outcome.
Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for information submitted through your account, for keeping credentials confidential, and for activity performed with your session. Use accurate account information, a unique password, and the official amardefi.com domains. Notify support if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the services, bypass access controls, probe systems without written authorization, interfere with other users, submit malicious code, automate abusive traffic, impersonate another person, or use the products for unlawful activity.
Your records and decisions
You remain responsible for verifying market data, financial entries, classifications, reports, legal obligations, and decisions made using the services. Keep independent copies of important records and consult qualified professionals where necessary.
Subscriptions and external services
Some features may require a subscription or a separate checkout process. Displayed terms at checkout govern a specific purchase. External networks, payment services, market-data sources, email systems, and other providers can experience delay, error, interruption, or separate terms.
Availability and changes
Features may be added, changed, suspended, or removed. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every error will be corrected immediately. We may restrict access to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with obligations, or maintain the service.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided without a guarantee of market accuracy, profit, regulatory outcome, fitness for a particular purpose, or loss prevention. AmarDeFi is not responsible for decisions made solely from a chart analogy or unverified report. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
